There are many needy families receiving a bicycle this Christmas from Toys for Tots, however, there are some families who do not have the means of transporting the bicycle(s) to their home.
Two options for the ONE volunteer to help with transporting bikes to homes:
1. The volunteer drives their own minivan or truck and transports 3-4 bikes at a time. The volunteer can bring along a family member or friend.
-or-
2. Toys for Tots employee drives the Toys for Tots truck - the volunteer rides along and helps with loading/unloading bicycles at multiple homes.
ONLY ONE volunteer is needed on this day. The volunteer can do either option.
Sgt. Smith, Coordinator of Toys for Tots, does not know how many families will need assistance transporting bicycles on any given day/time.
