About this event
Come out on a QCBC classic ride from North Scott HS in Eldridge to DeWitt. We will cross the Wapsipinicon River on Y52 and then head to a convenience store in DeWitt. Regrouping and breaks will be taken along the route. Route will have rolling hills and some long flat stretches. Riders need to be comfortable riding city and county roads with traffic around Eldridge and DeWitt. Bring extra water and snacks. Optional group lunch at end of the ride back in Eldridge at Maloney’s Pub & Grill.
NOTE: as of 06-14-24 3pm, Ride will be shortened to 25mi due to weather forecast calling for 90 degree temps by Noon and SSW winds at 17mph.
