There will be a $25.00 processing fee deducted from all reimbursements on QCBC Charter cancellations. After June 01st, all charter service fees are non-refundable if we are unable to resell our member charter services for you. After July 01st, all cancellations are non-refundable.

If you obtained your RAGBRAI TAG through the QCBC as a member, we can help you resell/transfer your TAG as well as your QCBC Charter, before June 01st. All those who obtained their TAGs through RAGBRAI as an individual, you would be on your own to resell your wristband as we are prohibited from reselling your rider tag/wristband if you did not get it through us. We will however attempt to resell your tour charter option as long as it falls before the previously mentioned June 01st or July 01st dates.
