QCBC RAGBRAI Charter Members and Guests will receive their charter passes at the Packet Pickup/Bike Loading on Friday, July 18th from 4:00 to 6:30 pm. You are required to have your BIKE TAG on your bicycle before it is loaded for transport.
RAGBRAI Charter registrants will receive their packets, TAGs and any ordered merchandise directly from RAGBRAI prior to the event. Please Remember - all charter guests must attach their bike bands to their cycles before they can be loaded into the transport at our Packet Pick-up.
We load our bicycles for transport to the RAGBRAI starting town at this same event on Friday, July 18th. NOTE: There is not a Saturday morning bicycle loading for our RAGBRAI Charter. If you are unable to make the Friday afternoon Packet Pickup/Bike Loading, you are required to ship your bicycle to the starting town at your own expense - sorry, no exceptions. The bicycle transporters will leave for the start of RAGBRAI following our Friday night loading so we will not have any trucks available on Saturday morning's load out.
Our RAGBRAI charter busses will depart the Isle Bettendorf on Saturday July 19th no later than 7:00 am.
Our packet pickup and the charter loading site will be located in the same weeklong parking area, the NORTHEAST parking lot of the Isle Bettendorf, our host hotel. Motorists are required to sign a liability waiver during packet pickup/bike loading and place our Parking Pass on your vehicle’s dash if you are leaving it in our Quad Cities long term parking lot.
If you are not riding the bus out, you may still pick up your charter packets on Friday evening or from the Quad Cities Charter trucks in the starting town, but it won't be until our charter buses arrive Saturday afternoon.
