RESTRICTIONS
The Q.C.B. C. Charter Service early registration is from December 01st through March 31st.
You must be a registered RAGBRAI applicant in order to use any of the QCBC charter services. If you are chartering with us, you will NOT need a vehicle tag.
Campers, trailers and personal vehicles are not allowed in the QCBC assigned campsites, absolutely no exceptions. Our campsites are limited to OUR registered CHARTER vehicles only. To clarify, your vehicles are not allowed in our camp.
We allow our guests two bags with 40 lbs. maximum weight for each bag (other charters allow you one (1) 50 lb. bag. Any separate sleeping bag in a 5 gallon bucket, folding cots nor bicycle cases DO NOT COUNT as either of your two bags - just be sure your name is clearly legible on each item.
You must wear your registered Rider wristband throughout the week and have your registered Bike TAG on your bicycle throughout the tour.
Our club’s wristbands must be worn on the bus out, throughout the week and bus back so we may identify our PAID charter guests. We strive to be fair to each of our guests.
