CHARTER REGISTRATION

The Q.C.B.C. is sanctioned by The Des Moines Register and RAGBRAI but is the ONLY charter service providing this opportunity for our members and guests since 1973, that's for each and every RAGBRAI.

The Quad Cities Charter Service registration is available from December 1st trough June 1st or sooner if we sell out that particular charter.

The Quad Cities Charter Service includes FREE weeklong parking for our guests, whereas the beginning/ending towns may charge you $100.00 per vehicle.


The following registration steps below should be performed on a desktop or laptop to prevent any frustrations, the sites are not smart phone and tablet friendly.

Carefully read our instructions and charter options before registering.

Obtain your RAGBRAI bands yourself on their website (available Nov. 15th -July 18th), under the Quad Cities for our members, or as an individual if that is your preference. All RAGBRAI weeklong tags/bibs and ordered merchandise will be shipped directly to you from the RAGBRAI HQ prior to the event. IF you are from outside the continental states, your packets will be shipped to the us if you entered the Quad Cities  as your Group/Team name.
NOTE: if you are using our charter, you will not need a vehicle tag as personal vehicles are NOT ALLOWED in our camp.

The Quad Cities Charter Service includes the following options for your package:

  • Bus Out (Quad Cities/Bettendorf to Onawa IA includes one (1) seat on a Luxury Motor Coach as well as transporting your bicycle & gear. Our Bus Out always starts in the Bettendorf Quad Cities and includes free weeklong parking in our designated Bettendorf Isle Casino riverfront lot.

  • NOTE: Our charter does not start in the ending town, unless it ends in Davenport or Bettendorf.
  • Weeklong Camping/Baggage Service - includes the daily transport of your two (2) bags from town to town throughout the week, with reserved quiet campsites, onsite shower service exclusive to our camp, complimentary morning coffee and afternoon cold beverages, salty snacks, and lounge chairs with plenty of shade at the end of each day's ride. Private in-camp portable sanitation units will be at your disposal.
  • Bus Back Dubuqueto Bettendorf includes one (1) seat on a Luxury Motor Coach as well as transporting your bicycle & gear. We will return to our original loading location/host hotel in Bettendorf
  • Everyone is required to register for our charter service separately. Due to the waiver process, only one entry per person. 

If you are scheduling to fly out from the Quad Cities Airport (MLI) after RAGBRAI, it is highly encouraged to reserve any flight home for the Sunday following your bicycle tour. 

 

No mailings please, all our charter guests are required to have access to an email address. Each person must fill out a separate form. Don’t delay in registering with the Quad Cities as we will close that particular charter after our final bus seat is filled.

CLUB MEMBERS

When you register for your RAGBRAI TAGs, apply for them as a member of the Quad Cities.
Your RAGBRAI wristbands and merchandise will be mailed directly to residents of the continental US.

If you are outside the lower 48, your RAGBRAI packets will be shipped to the Quad Cities and we will distribute them at our Packet Pickup.

July 1, 2026 is the deadline for registering for your RAGBRAI TAGs/Bib #s. The key is to register early.

All RAGBRAI wristbands/bibs and ordered merchandise will be mailed to your home address approximately July 08th.


You do not need to be a member of our bike club to join our charter. All costs are the same whether you are a member or not.

The Quad Cities RAGBRAI Charter includes the following services in our charter packages:

FREE weeklong parking in our Bettendorf lot for those utilizing any of our charter services, whereas the beginning/ending towns will charge you around $100.00 for the week of the event.


Bus Out - Quad Cities/Bettendorf to Onawa IA on Saturday July 18th includes FREE weeklong parking, one (1) seat on a Luxury Motor Coach as well as transporting your bicycle & two bags of gear to our RAGBRAI starting town campsite. 

You will be required to ship your bicycle to the starting town yourself if you are unable to load your bicycle during the Friday PM check in - bike loading.


Week-long Camping/Baggage Service includes the daily transport of your two (2) bags (40 lbs. max each) from town to town throughout the week, with reserved quiet campsites, in-camp showers service included - exclusive for our camp, private sanitation units, bag chairs & shade, complimentary morning coffee with cold non-alcoholic beverages & salty snacks in camp each afternoon. 

Bus Back - Dubuque to Bettendorf
includes one (1) seat on a Luxury Motor Coach as well as transporting your bicycle & two bags of gear back to our Isle Bettendorf Headquarters
  

It is highly encouraged to reserve any flight home for
Sunday, July 26th. 

We do not have a charter service to the Moline (MLI) Airport. You are encouraged to utilize Uber, Lift, etc.


NOTE - You must be an official holder of a RAGBRAI wristband (TAG) to use any charter service offered by the Quad Cities Bicycle Club.
