Group A are normally 20+ mph with the distance varying. Riders must know how to ride in pace lines. These rides are normally "Drop Rides".

Group B are normally 17-20 mph with the distance varying. Riders should be familiar with riding in pace lines. These rides are normally "Drop Rides".

Group C Rides are normally 15-17 mph with the distance varying. if necessary re-grouping occurs at pre-determined locations on the route.

Group D Rides are normally 13-15 mph with the distance varying. if necessary re-grouping occurs at pre-determined locations on the route.

Group E Rides are normally 10-13 mph with the distance varying. Riders normally stay together at the published pace for the entire ride however if necessary re-grouping occurs at pre-determined locations on the route.

Rides of less than 10 miles and less than 10 mph. The ride leader will ride the pace of the slowest rider.

Women’s Tuesday rides are normally 13-15 mph with the distance varying. Riders normally stay together at the published pace for the entire ride however if necessary, re-grouping occurs at pre-determined locations on the route.

Wednesday morning rides are normally 13-15 mph and a group of 10-13 mph riders with the distance varying. Riders normally stay together at the published pace for the entire ride however if necessary, re-grouping occurs at pre-determined locations on the route.

The Wednesday Elite Rides are held Wednesday evenings. Both A & B rides start at the same location. Depending for both A & B riders. combine A/Brides are normally 19+ mph with the distance varying. The group will only stop due to a medical issue. Riders should have a Sag plan if dropped.

Thursday evening Group D rides are normally 13-15 mph with the distance varying. Riders normally stay together at the published pace for the entire ride however if necessary, re-grouping occurs at pre-determined locations on the route.

Friday Morning Group D rides are normally 13-15 mph with the distance about 28 miles. Riders normally stay together at the published pace for the entire ride however if necessary, re-grouping occurs at pre-determined locations on the route.

Persons interested in cyclocross racing.

Persons interested in duathlon or triathlon racing.

Persons interested in randonnee, brevet, gravel or off pavement racing.

Persons interested in recumbent biking.

Persons interested in tandem biking.

Persons interested in helping or instructing adults and children in bicycle safety.

Persons interested in helping place bike safety signs throughout the community.
