RAGBRAI Bus To Last Day of RAGBRAI – Iowa City/Coralville

When:  Saturday July 29^th ,2023

Concept of Operation: 

• This a club event, and all participants are expected to assist with loading of the bikes onto the truck.
• School Bus and truck will loadout at parking lot near TBK and Bridges Lofts in Bettendorf.
• School Bus will offload in a parking lot at the Coralville Visitor Center on Hayden Fry Drive.
• Riders will ride at their own pace, their will be no group Ride Leader.

Itinerary:

06:00 – 06:30 am Load bikes into Penske Truck at Parking Lot near TDK and Bridge Lofts in city parking lot.

06:30 am Depart parking lot for Iowa City/Coralville from parking lot.

08:00 am Arrive parking lot in Iowa City/Coralville Visitor Center parking lot.

Cost: $50 members, $55 non-members.

• Registration opens April 1^st.
• Maximum registrants –36
• All registrations done online at qcbc.org/Calendar > July 29th.
• All registrants will be required to sign the club waiver.
• Travel will be by Johannes Bus Services (school bus).
• All registrants must have a 2023 RAGBRAI tag which they will be required to show at the time of bus boarding. No exceptions.
• If you need a RAGBRAI tag see calendar / July 27th  to purchase.
• No refunds.
• Registrants will assist in loading/unloading their bicycle onto/from the truck.
• No personal items may be left on the truck or bus.
• A Que Sheet will be provided from drop off point to the RAGBRAI route.
